BOGOR – 2022 was not an easy year for economic players. This is also the case with DAHANA, a company engaged in the high-energy materials. Challenges originated from the heated geopolitical conditions of Russia and Ukraine, rising coal prices, and escalating Ammonia prices which significantly affected the scarcity of Ammonium Nitrate. However, with various efforts to improve performance, communication and coordination, DAHANA managed to go through 2022 with satisfactory results.
This was conveyed by the President Director of PT DAHANA Wildan Widarman when opening the 2023 Division Technical Consolidation to face market conditions and increasingly fierce competition. The Technical Consolidation under the theme of “Innovation and Strength to Keep Moving Forward” was held at The Botanica Sanctuary, Bogor 13 – 15 March 2023.
“On behalf of DAHANA’s management, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all DAHANA employees for their hard work so that DAHANA was able to reach the Company’s revenue record. We also hope that with the spirit of AKHLAK culture, employees can prepare themselves to achieve the Company’s targets in 2023,” said Mr Widarman.
This Division’s Technical Consolidation is a space for discussion in anticipation to the challenges of an explosives-free market in the country, both in the commercial and military markets. Mr Widarman also added that this activity was held to support the 2023 Corporate Budget Work Plan (RKAP) towards achieving higher revenue targets.
Meanwhile, DAHANA’s Director of Operations, Yusep Nugraha, who was appointed at the beginning of the year, said that the theme “Innovation and Strength to Keep Moving Forward” was raised as an effort to uplift awareness, commitment, and unify the vision to provide the best service to all DAHANA stakeholders.
“As conveyed by the CEO, current market conditions are getting freer and tighter. Therefore, we hope that DAHANA’s operating division can be adaptive to all situations and conditions to ensure that that DAHANA is able to win the competition and achieve the Company’s targets in 2023,” said Mr Nugraha.
The Meeting of 2023 Division Technical Consolidation was attended by all employees of the Jakarta division, from echelon 1 to echelon 7, both operating and support divisions, all area managers, as well as the Operational Person in Charge (PJO) from all DAHANA project sites.
