APPLICATION

Bomb P-100L is used for and Sukhoi owned by the Air Force. By the ability to produce Bomb P-100L , PT DAHANA {Persero) is expected to reduce the dependence on imports Bomb P-100L.

3. DETONATING CORD

When Detonating Cord is initiated with a blasting cap, it detonates along its entire length at a velocity of 6300-7500 metres/sec (20,665-24,600 feet/sec) depending on the charge weight of its explosive core.

The center of Detonating Cords includes the explosives PETN encapsulated in a polypropylene tape, and fibrillated polypropylene yarn countering. The protective covering over the countering yarn enables our detonating cord to be used in various conditions encountered in the field while using commercial explosives. The construction makes the product user friendly. It also provides qualities required to meet physical conditions viz., tensile strength, flexibility, resistance to abrasion and extremes of heat and cold, water and oil penetration.

4. DAYAGEL SIVOR

An ammonium nitrate based plastic explosives that is specialized form of explosive material. Especially designed formulations generate high levels of energy. The product is grey in color with a firm putty like consistency.

Dayagel Sivor is a water resistance packaged explosives designed. The dimension of Sivoris given by 4 inch x 3 inch x 1 inch. Small packaged but quite a punch.

•  General demolition purposes ranging from the most basic to very sophisticated tasks

STORAGE AND HANDLING

Store SIVOR in well ventilated magazine suitably licenced for 1.1 D Explosives. Store far away from sources of heat or ignition another chemicals. Do not subject the product to impact and friction.

Sivor has storage life in excess of 12 months in an approved magazine even hot or extreme humidity

5. MILITARY DAYAGEL

DAYAGEL MILITARY is a ammonium nitrate based explosive that is specialized form of explosive material. Especially designed formulation generate high levels of energy, high strength and robust detonator sensitive emulsion explosive.

The product is gray in colors with a firm putty-like consistency.

SAFETY

While sensitive to initiation by a No. 8 detonator, DAYAGEL MILITARY has a very low mechanical impact sensitivity. This impact insensitivity criterion is a very important safety feature.

If exposed to fire, DAYAGEL MILITARY will self extinguish unless a vigorous external source of heat is applied. Whilst DAYAGEL MILITARY does not burn easily, it should be kept clear of flame or excessive heat.

If DAYAGEL MILITARY whilst remnants are to be destroyed by burning, advice on the correct method should be sought from DAHANA Engineering Center located at DAHANA offices, or from the local explosives statutory authority.
