Balikpapan, East Kalimantan – PT DAHANA exhibited its explosives product innovations at the National Leadership Meeting (Rapimnas) of the Indonesian Engineers Association (PII) which was held from 20 to 22 January 2023, at the Novotel Hotel, Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.

GM of DAHANA’s Quarryg and Construction Division, Setio Budhianto, who was present at the meeting of Indonesian engineers, stated that DAHANA’s was present at the national meeting to introduce explosives products created by the national company to Indonesian engineers working in various fields.

“DAHANA is here to showcase innovative explosive products manufactured by DAHANA’s Energetic Material Center (EMC). The products  are effective for use in various activities such as construction, quarries, general mining, and oil & gas. In addition, we have come to enliven this big meeting of all national Indonesian Engineers’ Association leaders in Balikpapan,” said Mr Budhianto.

DAHANA displayed all of its commercial explosives in the event under the theme “Strengthening the Real Role and Contribution of the Indonesian Engineers Association in the Development of the National Capital City in East Kalimantan”, including Dabex, Dawagel, Dayagel, Dayadet, to the Mobile Manufacturing Truck (MMT).

Mr Budhianti added that DAHANA’s products have been widely used by Indonesian engineers, especially those engaged in the mining, quarry and construction sectors, and have been spread in various projects throughout Indonesia.

“We congratulate the PII National Leadership Meeting and all the participants. Hopefully we can provide the best for Indonesia’s development, especially in the New State Capital,” said Mr Budhianto.

During the exhibition, DAHANA’s booth received a visit from RI’s Minister of National Development Planning, Suharso Manoarfa. Mr Budhianto added that DAHANA with various experiences in National Strategic Projects (PSN) is ready to get involved in the development of New State Capital.
